Belzona Houston is the authorized Belzona distributor for South Texas and the Gulf. Belzona is a world leader in the design and manufacture of industrial protective coatings and polymer repair composites, materials that repair, protect, and improve machinery, equipment, buildings, and structures.

What sets Belzona apart is how the work gets done: systems are cold-applied, no hot work, and in many cases no shutdown. For the refineries, chemical plants, power stations, offshore platforms, and water utilities across our South Texas and Gulf Coast service area, that means repairs that hold without the cost and risk of welding, replacement, or extended downtime.

We don’t just sell the product. We survey the asset, recommend the right system, and supply it, apply it, or both, with 24-hour support when something can’t wait. Trained AMPP coatings inspectors sit behind that recommendation. Belzona is our specialty, but we’ll work with other high-performance coating systems when they’re the better fit for the job.

Where this started

A sign, a photograph, and about thirty years between the two.

Years ago, Brian Burgess stood in front of Belzona and asked for a distributorship of his own. He closed the presentation with a photograph of himself and his daughter standing beside a sign.

“Will work for distributorship.”

He got it. When the family presented again decades later, this time for the South Texas territory, a new generation stood beside the same message. The distributorship was awarded on January 1, 2026.

That is worth knowing about who you are calling. Belzona Houston is not a new company learning a product line. It is a family that asked for this work twice, thirty years apart, and earned it both times.

How we work

We supply the full authorized Belzona catalog, apply it through our affiliated crews, and answer the phone at any hour when a failure can’t wait. Three ways to engage, depending on your team and timeline, buying Belzona never obligates you to use us for the application.

Spec + supply

We write the specification and supply the product; your crew self-performs the application. Give us the asset and the problem, we’ll match the right system and get you the material.

On-site support

Need backup? We send factory-trained technical support to assist your team or a third-party contractor on site, surface prep, mixing, and application guidance.

Full turnkey

When self-performing isn’t an option, our affiliated application company, BHI Coatings, runs the job turnkey, quoted, scheduled, and applied.

Belzona Houston specifies and supplies. When a job needs hands on the asset, it goes to BHI Coatings, our affiliated contracting team: woman-owned, 45 years of combined experience, seven in-house coatings inspectors, and a blast yard and shop in Alvin, Texas.

Installation

Surface preparation and application by crews trained on the systems we specify, in the shop or on your site.

Composite wrap

Composite repair wraps applied to piping and vessels by crews qualified on the system being installed.

Inspection

Seven in-house coatings inspectors, so the specification, the application, and the sign-off stay under one roof.

Turnkey

Scoped, quoted, scheduled, and applied, with one point of contact from the survey through to sign-off.
